Singapore Dengue outbreak

During the first two weeks of 2019, 455 cases of Dengue were recorded in Singapore with the National Environment Agency urging the public to do the '5 step mozzie wipeout'.  With travel increasing during lunar year celebrations and more ornamental plants on display due to the celebrations authorities are concerned this will add to the breeding sites available for Aedes aegypti mosquitoes.  Read more
