Beach litter hazards worsen in New Zealand

For beach-goers, the rates of injuries and infections from coming into contact with litter has been rising annually, now currently at 5%. An article from the NZ Herald on the hazards states ‘the most common injuries were infected wounds, soft tissue strains, damage to the eye and fractures or dislocations’. Read more
