New Caledonia Hepatitis A outbreak is ongoing

A Pacific Community report advises that the outbreak of hepatitis A is ongoing in the territory, with a total of 447 cases logged for the year to Sept 24. In other regional news, the 78 leptospirosis infections recorded in Vanuatu this year have mostly been in Sanma (70 cases), with the remainder in Shefa, Malampa, Penama and Torba Province. Read more
