Azores is one of the two autonomous regions of Portugal, 1,360 km off the west coast of Portugal. The main industries in the region are agriculture, dairy farming, livestock, tourism and fishing.
The climate is quite mild and remain mild year-round. Temperatures usually fluctuate between 16°C and 25°C during the day time. The weather is quite often wet and cloudy.
