YF in seven states

In the latest update from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), over 350 suspected yellow fever cases and 45 deaths have been reported from seven states (Niger is the most recent) since Sept 12th last year. More than two-thirds of cases have been in the under 20 years’ age group. Definite numbers will be confirmed following laboratory testing of blood samples in Dakar, Senegal.
