MERS case in the UK

A person traveling to the UK from the Middle East has been confirmed to be infected with the MERS coronavirus. Public Health England don’t believe there is a high chance of it spreading, however, they are on the alert as it is a busy time for travellers returning from Saudi Arabia. Read more.

Over 1/3 of the confirmed measles cases this year in England have been reported from London. Health authorities stated that they “want people to know that it’s never too late for them to have the MMR vaccine”. Read more
