Cutaneous leishmaniasis uptick in Anzoátegui in Venezuela

Residents of the municipality of Sabana de Uchire in the coastal province of Anzoátegui blame the failure by authorities to fumigate insect breeding habitats for the rise in cases of cutaneous leishmaniasis.
