Australia, Measles in 4 States

As being bitten or scratched by a bat or flying fox constitutes exposure to the rabies-like Australian Bat Lyssavirus, NSW Health is warning the public not to touch them but to contact a wildlife rescue group. It was reported that two of the bats recovered in the Hunter region were infected with ABL.  Read more
