East coast Salmonella outbreak reported in Canada

Investigations are continuing into a recent Salmonella outbreak in Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nova Scotia. Initial enquiries undertaken by health agencies in the Atlantic provinces suggested that eggs may be the source of the infections, but updates will be issued in the event of any new findings.
