Severe Dengue warning in Myanmar

Over 8,000 dengue fever infections have been recorded from all areas of the country this year and the fear is that there will be another spike in the cycle of severe dengue cases (dengue haemorrhagic fever) next year. The risk of severe dengue increases with some medical conditions as well as previous dengue infection with another of the four dengue types.
